
Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the booking and delivery of services provided by H3LF, including Physical Fitness Training, Life Coaching, and Nutritional Advice (collectively referred to as "Services"). By purchasing or booking a service, you ("Client") agree to the following Terms:
1. Booking and Payment
1.1. All sessions must be booked in advance via the H3LF website or approved booking platform.
1.2. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
1.3. Session times and availability are subject to change and will be communicated in advance where possible.
1A. 12-Week Package Terms
1A.1. H3LF offers Services in 12-week packages. Each package includes a pre-agreed number of sessions or support hours delivered over a consecutive 12-week period.
1A.2. The 12-week period begins on the date of the first session booked and ends exactly 12 weeks from that date.
1A.3. Clients must schedule their first session within 30 days of purchase. If no session is booked during this period, the package will be deemed to have automatically started 30 calendar days after the purchase date, and the end date will be calculated from that point.
1A.4. Unused sessions or services will expire at the end of the 12-week period and will not be carried forward, refunded, or exchanged.
1A.5. It is the client’s responsibility to book and attend sessions within the allotted period. H3LF does not guarantee availability on specific days or times and recommends booking in advance to secure preferred slots.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
2.1. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time with no penalty.
2.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
2.3. Failure to attend without notice ("no-show") will be charged in full and not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
2.4. To cancel or reschedule, please use the online system.
3. Late Arrival Policy
3.1. Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time.
3.2. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the original finish time.
3.3. Time lost due to late arrival is forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
4. Refunds
4.1. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, no-shows, or late arrivals.
4.2. In the unlikely event that H3LF must cancel a session, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.
4.3. Package payments are non-refundable once the package start date has been reached or triggered by clause 1A.3.
5. Scope of Services
5.1 Physical Fitness Training (including Pole Fitness):
- Clients must be physically capable of participating in exercise.
- If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, please inform H3LF prior to the session.
- Participation is at your own risk.
- H3LF is fully certified and insured, but cannot accept liability for injuries sustained through failure to disclose health conditions or misuse of equipment.
- Proper attire and safe footwear (where applicable) must be worn at all times.
- Pole Fitness clients must remove jewellery and follow hygiene requirements for safe grip and movement.
5.2 Life Coaching:
- Life Coaching sessions provide guidance and support, but are not a substitute for mental health treatment.
- H3LF does not offer therapy, counselling, or psychiatric services.
- Clients must not rely solely on coaching to address mental health crises.
- If it becomes clear that professional support is needed, H3LF may refer you to a qualified provider.
5.3 Nutritional Advice:
- Nutritional advice is based on general health and wellness best practices.
- H3LF does not provide medical dietary plans or diagnoses.
- All recommendations are advisory only and must be tailored to your individual needs in consultation with your GP or medical provider, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition.
6. Client Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete health and personal information when requested.
- You agree to communicate openly, follow instructions safely, and raise any concerns promptly.
- You must not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Doing so will result in session termination with no refund.
7. Technical Requirements (for Online Sessions)
- For virtual appointments, it is your responsibility to ensure you have a working device, reliable internet connection, and a safe, quiet space.
- Missed sessions due to client-side technical failures will not be refunded.
- If H3LF experiences technical difficulties, your session will be rescheduled at no cost to you.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- All personal data and session content are confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- H3LF will never share your personal data or session details without your consent, except where legally required.
9. Code of Conduct
- Respectful, professional behaviour is expected at all times.
- H3LF reserves the right to terminate a session or refuse future service if a client behaves inappropriately or breaches these Terms.
- No refund will be issued in such cases.
10. Liability Waiver
- You participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your physical and mental wellbeing.
- You have consulted with a doctor or appropriate professional where required.
- H3LF shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the Services unless caused by proven negligence.
11. Intellectual Property
- All resources, guides, plans, and materials provided by H3LF remain its intellectual property.
- These may not be copied, redistributed, or sold without express written consent.
12. Changes to Terms
- H3LF reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
- The most current version will always be available on our website and shall apply to all future bookings.
