I believe it’s never too late to rewrite your health and fitness story—because I’ve rewritten mine.

If you’d told my younger self that one day I’d step on stage in a bikini for a bodybuilding competition, I’d have laughed. Growing up, I wasn’t sporty at all and, like so many of us, battled body insecurities for years. Starting out in hospitality, I juggled long hours and little time for self-care. Finding balance felt impossible—until life had other plans.

My journey began unexpectedly—with pole fitness. It was fun, empowering, and made me love being strong and moving my body. Then the pandemic hit, giving me the space to step back and focus on what truly mattered: my physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Now, I’m a qualified personal trainer, pole fitness instructor, competition-level bodybuilder, and integrative nutrition specialist. As an integrative nutrition specialist, I see health as more than just what’s on your plate. Sure, food matters, but so do relationships, stress levels, sleep, and even your sense of purpose. It’s about balance in all areas of life so you can truly thrive—not just survive.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me walking my dog, baking something delicious, or spending time with family. For me, fitness should fit into your life—not take it over. You can love good food, enjoy the process, and feel amazing in your own skin.
