A Personalised Path to Your Health Goals

Your 12-week program is built around you. Everyone is different, which is why my approach is fully bio-individual—tailored to your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.

Each week, you’ll typically choose from three core session types:

  • Personal Training to build physical strength and confidence

  • Nutrition Guidance to support healthy, sustainable eating habits

  • Lifestyle Coaching (available in 30 or 60-minute sessions) to stay motivated and fine-tune your journey

Each booked session includes time for me to prepare, reflect, and plan your next steps, so you’ll typically have 50 minutes of face to face time in a 1-hour booking.

The full 12-week program costs £825.

I don’t usually offer one-off sessions, but may do so on a short-term trial basis to help you get started or to supplement your journey if needed.
