We’ll begin with a gentle group walk along the river to enjoy the autumn scenery and fresh air.
After our walk, we’ll head to a local vineyard, where we will slow down with some gentle movements and a short guided meditation to bring our minds and bodies into a calmer state.
You’ll then experience a unique Apitherapy session, a natural way to support wellbeing using the power of the hive.
We’ll close our time together with a relaxed group conversation, enjoying light snacks and a warm drink. You’re free to leave whenever you need after the closing circle, but the event is expected to finish around 2:00 PM.
